Terri is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate supervised by Tiffany N. Smith, MS, LPC-S, LMFT-S, NCC. She is a mom, married, and a former elementary school teacher who has over 28 years of experience. She grew up in Dallas. After attending UNT for her Elementary Education degree and teaching, she decided to attend Amberton University in Frisco, Texas. She graduated in 2019 with her Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Her desire to help people grew in teaching to want to include the whole family system. Her heart is for couples. She counsels married couples, premarital couples, couples who struggle co-parenting, and couples who are recovering. She has worked with substance abuse, teens, families, and individuals.
